GROUP COACHING

Provider shall provide Client with the following services and/or products ("Services"): Group Coaching under these terms below:

Location

Provider shall deliver Services to Client through the following location(s): Zoom.

Cost

The total cost ("Total Cost") for all Services is  $1,146 due in full on or before our first date of service. Or Client shall pay the Total Cost to Provider via Monthly Payments of $299 for the duration of 4 months.

Reschedule and cancellation policy

There are no make-ups for missed zoom sessions. However, you are able to request the recording by emailing us at info@mindykylecoaching.com

Refund & Cancellation Policy

There are NO refunds for any group coaching purchased and or used coaching calls. You CAN cancel or terminate your involvement in our group coaching program at any time. Monthly payments are also eligible for cancellation, if the client terminates their participation in our program at any time.

Confidentiality and data protection

You are required to honor the privacy of each participant. Breach of trust will be grounds for dismissal without reimbursement.Anything discussed while in our group calls is kept private and will never be shared publicly. We will never sell or use your information in any way other than for use in our group coaching program. 

The Coaching Process

8 group sessions of 50 minutes via zoom, in which you will access Mindy.  You will also have access to Mindy via the private Whatsapp group text chat Monday- Thursday.  The response will be within 24 hours Monday- Thursday. Once the 4 months is up, this access will be terminated. 

Success Disclaimer: You agree that you are responsible for the outcomes by implementing the advice and steps from coaching provided.

Client responsibility

Results are based solely on the efforts and willingness of the client.

Mindy Kyle Coaching LLC or Mindy Kyle the individual can not be held liable for any physical, monetary, or emotional damages that may affect the client and/or their children or family.

Proprietary Items

All materials used are the property of Mindy Kyle Coaching and are protected via copyright laws. These items are for your personal use only and may not be distributed, sold, or otherwise repackaged without the express written permission of Mindy Kyle

Limit of Liability

Maximum Damages. Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages he or she is entitled to in any claim relating to this Agreement or Services provided in this Agreement are not to exceed the Total Cost of Services provided by Provider.

Failure to Perform Services. In the event Provider cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:

1. Immediately give Notice to Client via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement; and

2. Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered; and

3. Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.

General Provisions

Governing Law. The laws of UTAH govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including torts.

Severability

.If any portion of this Agreement is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

Notice

Parties shall provide effective notice (“Notice”) to each other via either of the following methods of delivery at the date and time which the Notice is sent

Merger

This Agreement constitutes the final, exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the Group Coaching and Services contained in this Agreement. All earlier and contemporaneous negotiations and agreements between the parties on the matters contained in this Agreement are expressly merged into and superseded by this Agreement
